Descriptive writing -
Descriptive writing is just what it sounds like. It is a type of writing in which the author or writer describes a thing, a situation, or an experience. One of the keys to writing an effective descriptive essay is to use words that allow the reader to know exactly what is going on. To write a good descriptive essay, the following questions may need to be answered:
1. Who or what is being talked about?
2. What did it look, smell, feel, taste like?
3. Think about colors, textures, emotions, feelings, environment, etc.
